As you train your body to think breakfast burritos=good and fresh fruit for breakfast=bad, it becomes very easy to not understand why you feel like crap constantly.Since I changed my habits,my morning grumps have, for the most part, disappeared. I'm staying on the excersise machines longer and my morning walks with Eric are showing me more things in Houston to fall in love with.
I ever so often get a little discouraged when a pair of pants don't fit quite just yet or a zipper won't go all the way up,but then I tell myself...its all good, slowly but surely,right?
I'm nearing the -15 mark...its exciting. I think the scale is playing tricks on me though.I would like to be at -18 by my birthday...I would like to be at -20 but -18 just seems a bit more reachable.34 days...far more challenging things have been done in less time.
Have a little faith....
I am pleased to say that my coworkers have left the cupcakes,pies,and kolaches at home this week....though then again it's only Tuesday.
I'm excited about returning to the stage soon. I still sing...I just don't share it as much.
